Because the App is designed to support emergency and search and rescue operations, information stored by Copernix may be made available to authorized first responders or other authorized personnel when reasonably necessary to assist with an emergency, search, rescue, or safety operation.

Access to such information is intended to be limited to authorized purposes.

Copernix takes reasonable measures to protect information stored through the App against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
